COLUMBIA, MD.—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Newt Fowler will be among the tech transaction industry leaders speaking at “Cyber M&A: What’s Your Number?” The event takes place May 24 and is presented by the Maryland Tech Council.

- $1 trillion—The market for cyber security products and services.
- 15%—The US cyber security market’s annual growth (CAGR).
