WASHINGTON, DC—NBC News/MSNBC Legal Analyst and University of Michigan Law Professor Barbara McQuade will be the keynote speaker for the Council on Legal Education Opportunity, Inc. (CLEO) Virtual Class Reunion & Open House. Womble Bond Dickinson Partner and CLEO Board of Directors member Pam Rothenberg is participating in the team that is helping organize the event, which takes place from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 20.

In addition to the featured speaker, this event will include testimonials, CLEO program updates, and a special “CLEO Challenge!” Following the program, small group networking sessions will be facilitated.

Founded in 1968, CLEO is devoted to diversifying the legal profession by expanding legal education opportunities for persons from traditionally under-represented racial and ethnic groups, low-income, and disadvantaged communities.

Womble Bond Dickinson is a longtime supporter of CLEO.  In 2018, Womble Bond Dickinson became the first law firm to be recognized as a CLEO EDGE Greater Equality Honoree.
