COLFAX, N.C.—Womble Bond Dickinson’s Michael Sullivan will speak on “Managing Risk:  A Business Approach to Proposition 65” at the American Home Furnishing Alliance’s Prop 65 Workshop 2018.

In addition to Sullivan’s presentation, other discussion topics will include:

  • “Understanding the Furniture Safe Harbor”;
  • “Navigating the AHFA Prop 65 Workbook”; and
  • “How to Set Up a Prop 65 Testing Program”.

The AHFA Prop 65 Workshop 2018 takes place March 21 at the Conference Center at Guilford Technical Community College.
