WILMINGTON, DEL.—Three Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys have been named to the 2018 lists of Delaware Super Lawyers and Delaware Rising Stars. All three practice in the firm’s Wilmington office.
Morgan Patterson, named a Rising Star in Business Bankruptcy, focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights in state court insolvency and complex Chapter 11 proceedings. She represents debtors in bankruptcy cases, including bankruptcy cases under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code, purchasers of distressed assets, and secured and unsecured creditors. She is also experienced in representing liquidating trusts and official committees.

His clients benefit from his wide-ranging industry experience representing public and non-public debtor entities, debtor-in-possession lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, and asset purchasers in restructuring and insolvency matters in retail, automotive, energy, steel, manufacturing, and other distressed industries and sectors. Desgrosseilliers is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Wilmington office.
