Womble Carlyle attorney Mark Desgrosseilliers has been appointed to the Federal Bar Association’s Community Service and Outreach Committee/Outreach Subcommittee. Desgrosseilliers will serve a three-year term on the subcommittee.
In addition, Desgrosseilliers currently serves as a member of the board of the Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association, and he is a former Chair of the Bankruptcy Section.
Founded in 1920, the Federal Bar Association is dedicated to the advancement of the science of jurisprudence and to promoting the welfare, interests, education, and professional development of all attorneys involved in federal law.
Mark Desgrosseilliers is an experienced business attorney focusing his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring. His clients benefit from his wide-ranging industry experience representing public and non-public debtor entities, debtor-in-possession lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, and asset purchasers in restructuring and insolvency matters in retail, automotive, energy, steel, manufacturing, and other distressed industries and sectors. Desgrosseilliers is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Wilmington office.
