The third annual Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference took place Oct. 28-30 in Washington, DC.
Betty Temple is the Womble Carlyle’s Chair-Elect and will assume the role of Chair on January 1, 2016. She concentrates her practice in the area of securities law. A substantial portion of Temple’s practice includes advising issuers and underwriters in connection with public offerings and private placements of securities. Temple has also represented companies in a variety of acquisition transactions, including asset purchases and sales, mergers, tender offers and proxy contests.
