Since 1995, Hagner has co-taught a Georgetown University Law Center course titled “Finance of Real and Personal Property” in the Fall semester. Also, since 2008, he has co-taught “Introduction to the Capital Markets and Financing of Income-Producing Property” in the Spring. Both courses are open to JD and LLM students, and also are attended by some in the university’s MBA program.

“I am grateful to the Firm for supporting me in this teaching activity,” Hagner said. “And I am thankful to Georgetown University for giving me this opportunity for the past two decades.”

A D.C. real estate attorney for more than 43years, John Hagner has represented clients on some of the city’s largest commercial real estate purchase, sale, lease, finance and development transactions during that time.
