WASHINGTON, D.C.—Womble Bond Dickinson Telecom attorney John Garziglia is representing JAM Media Solutions in buying four FM stations along North Carolina’s Outer Banks.
JAM Media Solutions has entered into an agreement with Max Media to buy WCXL-FM 104.1 in Kill Devil Hills, N.C. and WCMS-FM 94.5 in Hatteras, N.C.
In addition, JAM is purchasing WVOD-FM 99.1 in Manteo, N.C. and WZPR-FM 92.3 in Nags Head, N.C. from Hengooch Licensee, a subsidiary of Max Media.
The purchase is JAM Media Solution’s first foray into radio station ownership. The New Jersey-based company offers strategic media planning and buying services.
