WASHINGTON, D.C.—So how will the post-incentive auction repacking of broadcast TV impact the FM radio industry? Communications Daily recently explored this issue with Womble Carlyle Telecom attorney John Garziglia.

Garziglia tells "Communications Daily" that the impact on FM stations could be negative. Perhaps the biggest potential problem would be an interruption of service, and FM stations wouldn’t be eligible for FCC reimbursement funds, Garziglia said.
