BOSTON—The latest installment of Mass Innovation Nights (109) presented the newest innovative products in robotics and artificial intelligence (AI), and Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys Jennifer Itzkoff and Heath Misley were among those taking part in the event.

Attendees had the opportunity to network and learn about the latest developments from 10 Boston-area innovators. These inventions range from interactive AI children’s toys to window-cleaning robots to a voice AI platform for the e-commerce industry.

Mass Innovation Nights 109 took place April 9 at District Hall.

Jennifer Itzkoff has significant experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement work, and regularly handles internet based claims and concerns.  In addition, she handles complex administrative trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, often to an early resolution. Jennifer has helped many software and technology companies in obtaining brand protection to stand out in an often crowded marketplace.  Jennifer also uses her intellectual property litigation background to assist clients in risk management, as well as avoiding and resolving trademark, copyright, and related disputes.  She is a member of the International Trademark Association and participates in their Anti-Counterfeiting Committee.

Heath Misley is an IP attorney with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, both in the United States and internationally. With a background in electrical engineering, he is experienced in a number of technical areas including analog and digital circuitry, communication systems, semiconductor device design and fabrication, electromagnetics, and Internet-based technologies.
