TORONTO—Womble Carlyle attorney Ericka Johnson has been selected to participate in the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) 2016 Leadership Summit in Toronto on July 27-29. Only five participants from the membership at large are selected in any given year to attend this annual event.
IWIRC is an organization committed to the connection, promotion and success of women in the insolvency and restructuring professions worldwide. Johnson currently serves as the Co-Secretary for the Delaware Network of IWIRC.
Ericka Johnson focuses her practice on business bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters and is experienced in representing a variety of parties in interest in complex Chapter 11 cases. She has represented debtors, debtor-in-possession lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, plan administrators, officers and directors, vendors, and asset purchasers. Ericka also advises plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy-related litigation matters including preference, fraudulent transfer, and turnover actions. She practices in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington, Del. office.
