Womble Carlyle attorney David McCormack spoke recently at a Lunch and Learn seminar sponsored by The Post and Courier.
McCormack’s presentation topic was “Significant Federal Agency Action in 2015 and a Look Ahead to What Employers Might Expect in 2016.” Attendees included human resource managers from the Charleston Area.
David McCormack litigates employment-related matters, including wrongful termination claims, employment discrimination claims and claims involving non-competition/trade secret agreements. He also serves frequently as a mediator and arbitrator in both employment and commercial disputes. McCormack practices in Womble Carlyle’s Charleston office.
