Womble Bond Dickinson proudly welcomes Caitlin MacDowell to our Boston office. MacDowell joins our Corporate and Securities Practice Group, bringing with her significant experience representing public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters.

MacDowell represents public and private clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions,, venture capital and private equity investments, technology licensing and commercial transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and other transactional matters. In addition, Caitlin advises clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations and stock exchange listing requirements.

MacDowell joins the firm from Brown Rudnick. She earned her legal degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and her undergraduate degree from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.
