ATLANTA—Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys Laura Kees and Emily Whittaker and Director of Client Service Rudy Gaines are hosting a Feb. 13 roundtable discussion of 2018’s most significant trademark decisions. The lunchtime session takes place in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Atlanta office and is presented by the International Trademark Association (INTA).

In this roundtable, Kees, Whittaker, and Gaines will review important 2018 decisions affecting substantive law and day-to-day trademark practice. This roundtable will cover key federal court decisions and precedential Trademark Trial and Appeal Board decisions.
