NASHVILLE, TN – Womble Bond Dickinson’s Allen O’Rourke will present “A Legal Perspective on Cyberrisk” during NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association’s 2017 Legal Seminar on November 13, 2017.

With countless examples from recent years, the legal and business risks from data breaches and cyberattacks have become a major concern for any company, but especially for internet service providers. In planning ahead to prevent and respond to such events, a telecom company’s legal team plays a vital and primary role. O’Rourke will provide telecom attorneys with an overview of cybersecurity risks and discuss key legal considerations in preparing for and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
