Womble Carlyle represented Media.net in its sale to a Chinese consortium in a transaction valued at approximately $900M in one of the largest ad tech deals in history. The Consortium is led by Mr. Zhiyong Zhang, the chairman of Beijing Miteno Communication Technology Co. Ltd. (SZ: 300038), a technology, media and telecom business listed on the GEM Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
