RALEIGH, NC—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Mason Freeman joined some of North Carolina’s highest ranking officials in leading the Leadership Raleigh Local Government Day program.
Freeman, a 2018 Leadership Raleigh graduate, moderated a series of panel discussions featuring such officials as:
- North Carolina First Lady Kristin Cooper;
- Raleigh Mayor Nancy McFarlane;
- NC Secretary of State Elaine Marshall; and
- NC Attorney General Josh Stein.
The Feb. 20 Leadership Raleigh Local Government Day was held in conjunction with the Campbell University School of Law.
Leadership Raleigh is a leadership development program presented by the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. During the nine-month program, participants get an in-depth view of community issues, develop leadership skills necessary to assume leadership roles, and are exposed to community involvement opportunities.
Mason Freeman is a trial lawyer who defends global clients in product liability, mass tort, OSHA and construction litigation matters. He also has significant experience conducting internal investigations for large and medium-sized companies, including white collar criminal matters.
