Womble Carlyle attorney Daniel Attaway is the newest member of the Delaware Law Related Education Center Board of Trustees.
The Delaware Law Related Education Center is a statewide consortium of educators, attorneys, judges, law enforcement officers and other community leaders with a mission to enhance the presence of law-related education initiatives in Delaware. It seeks to promote active learning experiences and skills development for students who need to function in a society based on the rule of law. For example, the Center organizes mock trial competitions for high school students across the state, in which Attaway has been actively involved.
Daniel Attaway represents clients in patent litigation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on Abbreviated New Drug Application (“ANDA”) litigation. In addition, Attaway has experience managing cases involving large scale document and e-discovery collection and review. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington office.
