Daniel Attaway represents clients in patent litigation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on Abbreviated New Drug Application (“ANDA”) litigation. In addition, Attaway has experience managing cases involving large scale document and e-discovery collection and review. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington office.

Kristen Cramer represents domestic and international clients as lead counsel in patent infringement actions in federal district and appellate courts and as Delaware counsel in the District of Delaware, with a focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation. She has litigated patent matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, consumer products and electronics, computer networks, power, and business methods, among other technologies.

Dana Severance represents domestic and international clients as lead counsel in patent infringement actions before U.S. district courts. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, with a special emphasis on Abbreviated New Drug Application (“ANDA”) litigation. She practices in Womble Carlyle’s Wilmington office.
