Womble Bond Dickinson Immigration Solutions Adds Veteran Industry Professional Aaron McCommons

Aaron McCommons, who has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate immigration and global mobility, has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Immigration Solutions as a Team Lead.
McCommons will manage a team of immigration paralegals who assist one of the firm’s largest clients with their U.S. and global immigration needs. He and his team serve as a direct contact for the client’s foreign national employees, internal counsel and human resource professionals working throughout the organization on matters regarding employment authorization, international travel, outbound visas, consular processing and permanent residency.
In his most recent position, he served as an Immigration Senior Case Manager for Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP, where he coordinated all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for hundreds of foreign nationals employed by companies specializing in the hospitality and technology sectors. He also has experience working with clients in the manufacturing, financial services, engineering, and pharmaceuticals industries.
He also spent 12 years as a Senior Paralegal Manager at Maggio & Kattar PC, where he focused on immigration issues. McCommons is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
