SILICON VALLEY—Once again, attorneys and staff in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Silicon Valley office have been honored by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for their commitment to patent pro bono work.

Womble Bond Dickinson is one of 25 companies and law firms to win the 2020 Patent Pro Bono Achievement Certificate, which recognizes individuals and law firms that assist financially under-resourced inventors and small businesses seeking patents.

Each honoree reported 50 or more hours of patent pro bono service to a regional patent pro bono program during the previous year. Womble Bond Dickinson’s efforts supported the California Inventors Assistance Program. Attorney Dan Ovanezian lead this pro bono effort for the firm.
