Congratulations to Equus Capital Partners, Ltd! The private real estate investment management company has entered a 10-year lease agreement with Harbor Freight Tools for a distribution center in Dillon County, S.C.

The new warehouse is expected to add 150 local jobs, in addition to the 2,300 people already employed by Harbor Freight Tools in Dillon County. The 373,000-square-foot Class-A speculative warehouse facility is located off Interstate 95 near the North Carolina/South Carolina line. The new facility also is approximately one mile from South Carolina Ports’ Inland Port Dillon, which connects to the Port of Charleston via a CSX rail line.
