Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys Francisco Balduzzi, Damian Georgino and Phyllis Guillory and Global Energy & Natural Resources Sector Strategist Christé Spiers will represent the firm at Rethinking Water 2024. The conference takes place September 23-25 in New York City, at the Forum at Columbia University.
The aim of the fifth annual Rethinking Water conference is to bring together finance, academia, government, and industry leader to find solutions to the most pressing water challenges in the United States.
As part of the event, Georgino will moderate a panel discussion on “A View from the Top—A CEO’s Perspective.” Georgino will be joined by Badger Meter CEO Ken Bockhorst, CSWR President Josiah Cox, EYDAP CEO Harry Sachinis, and Botanical Water Technologies CEO Terry Paule. This main panel will provide the opportunity to listen to a top executive about the challenges in managing and steering a major corporation through the complexities of water-related challenges. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on how businesses can contribute to sustainable water solutions.
Georgino will also participate as a panelist on “Investing in Water: Pitfalls and Successes” with Brendan Tierney, Managing Director, Raymond James, David Rose, Partner, Thales Water Advisors, and moderated by Daniel Standen, Partner, Sciens Capital Management.
