Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP’s Clark Goodman and Beth Tyner Jones have been honored in Business North Carolina magazine’s inaugural Power List featuring the state’s most influential business leaders.
Business North Carolina’s Law Section Power List focuses mainly on those lawyers chosen for leadership positions by their peers, primarily at larger firms in the metro North Carolina areas.
Clark Goodman has more than 25 years of experience managing disputes involving intellectual property licensing, software, telecommunications and financial services. He also represents multinational companies in international arbitrations of cross-border disputes. Goodman is Managing Partner of the firm’s Charlotte office.
Beth Tyner Jones has nearly three decades of experience counseling employers on all facets of employment law matters. She leads the firm’s US-based Labor & Employment Team, is a leader of the Education and School Law Team, and is Managing Partner of the firm’s Raleigh and Research Triangle Park offices.
