Womble Bond Dickinson life sciences and economic development attorney Stephanie Few will be a speaker at the South Carolina Life Sciences Industry Event presented by the South Carolina Department of Commerce.

Few will speak on “Navigating the FDA Process and Legal Considerations Affecting Life Science Companies.” She will address the legal requirements and regulatory obligations facing life sciences companies in the US, including how they must comply with FDA regulations. Few is the current Vice-Chair of SCBIO, the statewide, not-for-profit, public/private life sciences industry association and economic development organization formed to actively promote, build, support, expand, and convene South Carolina’s life sciences industry.

The South Carolina Life Sciences Industry Event also will address:

  • What opportunities are available within the life science industry of South Carolina.
  • What it looks like to open a manufacturing facility in South Carolina from a company's perspective.
