Andrew is a commercial litigator with experience handling complex insurance coverage and professional liability litigation involving accountants, lawyers, architects, engineers, and physicians. He has also represented a wide range of businesses in general liability matters.
After obtaining his law degree, Andrew worked in the Superior Court of Henry County, where he assisted in drafting orders on a wide range of issues, including sovereign immunity, Georgia's Open Records Act, election contests, judicial estoppel, adoption, divorce, the admissibility of different types of evidence, and standing jurisprudence under the Constitution of the State of Georgia. He also helped with trial management, including by researching objections as needed and drafting jury instructions in compliance with the evidence presented at trial.
