As a member of GCSolutions, Tenley supports companies’ general business operations and assists with internal legal design and high volume projects, among other things. Because she is a big picture thinker with a diverse legal background, Tenley is a valuable addition to clients’ in-house teams.

Some of her past experience includes representing clients in technology transactions, entity formations and all types of general corporate matters and commercial agreements. She regularly performs due diligence and researches regulatory issues for clients and she works closely with in-house counsel to craft internal checklists, templates, and handbooks for various business processes.

Tenley has also helped clients implement successful intellectual property strategies and is very familiar with the related documentation such as joint development, licensing and distribution agreements. She also has some experience handling commercial real estate and leasing transactions.
