Sian first joined the firm in 2015 as an apprentice. Following successful completion of her apprenticeship, she was promoted twice from Paralegal to Associate Paralegal, before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Sian specialises in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, ranging from dealing with a wide variety of debt recovery matters and litigation matters.

- Liaising with clients to obtain their instructions and providing them with updates on matters
- Preparing Instructions to Counsel
- Negotiation statutory deadlines
- Drafting Court documentation such as; Witness Statements, Defences, Claim Forms and Particulars of Claims
- Preparing Application Notices (N244) with accompanying Witness Statements and Draft Order for; strike outs, unless orders, summary judgment, relief from sanctions and to have Default Judgments set aside
- Review evidence including technical reports and data
- Preparing client reports outlining prospects of matter and assessing evidence held on file
- Conducting market, legal and online research for various matters
- Assisting and organising client meetings on a variety of matters across various legal disciplines
- Conducting commercial and residential property searches
- Ordering Official Copies via the Land Registry
- Compiling bundles and indexing documents
- Conducting mediations.
