Rebecca advises on a range of commercial law issues, with a particular focus on matters relating to information technology, e-commerce, data protection and privacy.  Rebecca advises on data sharing arrangements, data protection compliance queries, outsourcing and technology contracts, agreements for the purchase and sale of goods, supply of goods and services agreements, and software licences.  

Rebecca has a pragmatic and commercial approach to advising clients and has previously spent time on secondment to the Department for Work and Pensions and one of the UK’s “big four” supermarkets.
