Randy Baringer is a seasoned first-chair trial lawyer, bringing over 25 years of experience to bear for clients facing significant litigation challenges.
Randy has litigated cases at all levels of state and federal courts throughout the United States. His primary practice has consisted of representing RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company in state Medicaid reimbursement cases, complex consumer fraud, personal injury individual-plaintiff and class action cases in state and federal courts. In addition, he has represented other clients, such as, General Motors, Fruehauf Trailer Corp., Lincoln Electric, Timken, BF Goodrich, and Cummings Engine in products-related or contract-related disputes.
Randy provides thought leadership, strategic advice, and complex litigation management direction designed to maximize effectiveness and efficiency by formulating and implementing state-of-the-art best practices.

- Developed issue-specific knowledge in fields such as, epidemiology, toxicology, pharmacology, human behavior, consumer behavior, addiction, and historical analysis.
- Designed and implemented litigation skills training programs and was a lead presenter for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys on voir dire techniques.
