Nomusa is part of the LSC Real Estate team. She works in various work streams such as the planning workstream where she drafts S278 Agreements and Reports on S38, S104 and S116 Agreements. She also works on post completion matters such as SDLT calculations and Land Registry applications.
Nomusa has experience working on volume property solutions for the energy sector to help expedite new electricity connections through working on Transfers, Leases and Deed of Grants relating to this.
