Nicola is a solicitor in Womble Bond Dickinson's Private Wealth team. She advises and assists with the Disputes, Estate Planning and International Tax sub-teams.
Nicola works with clients across a range of issues. In disputes cases, she assists with matters involving contested, high-value and complex trusts and estates. Her tax experience includes assisting the team with advising on cross-border estate planning, international succession, wealth and asset preservation, and various lifetime tax issues. Nicola also reviews and drafts Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other estate planning documents.
Clients include individuals, families, trustees, charities and financial institutions.
Nicola is a member of the Contentious Trusts Association.
