Nicola works as a paralegal in the real estate team based in our Newcastle office.
She handles a caseload including residential sales on behalf of corporate clients and Administrators (both private treaty and at auction) and leasehold management documentation comprising of licences for alterations, deeds of variation of leases and deeds of covenant.
