Nesma assists with various aspects of work within the Litigation Pro team.
Her skills include but are not limited to: contract reviews and redaction of third party information, document review (such as disclosures), the ability to use tech (such as Contract Express) to automation contracts and NDA agreements, managing a banking workstream and overseeing the organisation and allocation of this work, as well as leading various projects such as producing and sending out Settlement Agreement letters.
She is also involved in creating bundles for instruction lawyers to aid in the preparation of a hearing or for Instruction to Counsel. Nesma is now in the process of gaining more Insurance knowledge and runs her own insurance claims matters.
Nesma has also trained new starters in various aspects of work and/or systems, by holding training sessions on topics such as Contract life Cycles, which demonstrates how we see a project from start to finish.
Experience
Day to day, Nesma manages a growing Banking workstream with a team of five paralegals, managing and helping the team to complete and triage of new incoming banking instructions from clients in a good timely manner, as well as managing her own insurance matters. She also monitors an Insurance inbox, where she responds to any incoming queries from clients.
