Natalie is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 15 years' experience in Real Estate law, having studied for her qualification whilst working full time for both regional and international law firms.
Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Natalie worked for 10 years at Osborne Clarke LLP advising a number of large residential developer clients, in relation to their new build development sites.
Natalie has significant experience with all aspects of residential development work, ranging from the drafting of legal documents for new development sites, negotiating related infrastructure and disposal works, reviewing and rectifying title issues and completing the conveyancing process for the sale and purchase of both Freehold and Leasehold properties.
In addition to her development experience, Natalie has also conducted real estate work on behalf of banks, Housing Associations and charitable trusts.
Natalie has a passion for continued learning and takes great interest in understanding her clients and their needs. She has a friendly, approachable manner and enjoys delivering training to client's at their request.
Examples of experience include advising:
- Charitable Trusts, St Monica Trust in relation to the surrender and grant of residential leases at their retirement homes and lease work for The National Trust, relating to properties forming part of their estates
- Large UK housing developers and Housing Associations in relation to many aspects of their developments sites, including a large scale land audit of historic sites in order to ensure all parcels of land were conveyed to enable the sites to be finalised and any title issues concluded
- Dealing with the probate sales for a large UK bank.
