Miles McCann’s practice touches on various areas of government contract law. He has represented clients in bid protests before the Court of Federal Claims (COFC) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and in certified claim appeals before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.  He also regularly advises government contractors on regulatory and compliance issues, including contract negotiation, small business matters, mentor-protégé joint venture agreements, and socioeconomic status eligibility.

In addition, Miles has corporate litigation experience at both the state and federal level, involving subject matter areas such as trademark misappropriation, trade secret theft, and employee disputes over non-compete clauses and wage/hour.

Following law school, Miles clerked for the Honourable Christopher Romanyshyn in the New Jersey Superior Court and then at the Court of Federal Claims for the Honourable Mary Ellen Coster Williams.
