Megan is a private client solicitor who specialises in providing personal legal advice on wills, trusts and estate planning. She trained with the firm and qualified in March 2023.
Megan advises a diverse client base covering Scotland and Northern England, and assists in cross-border queries and advice. She also liaises with a range of non-UK intermediaries in relation to offshore assets and trust structures.
Areas of Megan's expertise include providing estate planning advice to high net worth individuals and families, including owners of landed estates. She takes a particular interest in both the preparation and drafting of Wills and the provision of ongoing attorneyship duties in relation to clients' health and welfare and property and financial affairs.
Megan is qualified in Scotland and is a Scottish Notary Public.

- Assisting with the preparation for annual client meetings, and in particular helping to manage an online data room
- Preparing and drafting of both English and Scottish powers of attorney and consideration of any cross-border elements.
