Maya is a commercial real estate lawyer with experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on the retail, office and renewable energy sectors.
Maya assists clients with a wide range of property transactions, including onshore wind farm and battery storage projects in Scotland, sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing and asset management work, property finance and regularly deals with the Scottish aspects of corporate transactions.

- On title issues and real estate due diligence on a range of wind and battery storage schemes acting for developers and funders
- A large institutional investor and an international essential retailer on a variety of clients occupying retail, office and warehouse premises; dealing with their leases, agreements for lease, missives and day-to-day portfolio management.
- A large corporate client on the acquisition of a multi-million Pound business including commercial property based across the UK, including Scotland
- Preparing due diligence reports ahead of large scale property disposals and acquisitions on behalf of major high street banks and real estate property investors.
