Lydia completed a training contract with the firm and qualified into the core Real Estate team in September 2022.
Lydia has experience advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and acquiring strategic land for residential development.
Lydia also has experience of advising on residential development transactions and the property elements of corporate transactions.
