
Loretta specialises in town and country planning law, acting for local authorities, public bodies, developers and registered providers. She is experienced with advising clients on a broad range of matters such as section 106 agreements, planning applications, judicial reviews, certificate of lawfulness, change of use, appeals, enforcement, due diligence and highway agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Loretta worked as locum solicitor for several local authorities. She has also worked in private practice and for a number of years at Cornwall Council as a senior solicitor in the Planning & Highways team. Prior to qualifying other previous experience included work for a local authority within the areas of information, commercial and company law.
