Kyle has broad experience advising employers in the Employment Tribunal proceedings, including defending claims for unfair dismissal, all types of discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE. In addition to Kyle's contentious work, he advises clients on a variety of employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, HR policies, settlement agreements, grievance and disciplinary proceedings, and more.


Examples of experience include:

  • Providing a variety of clients with day-to-day employment advice and HR support
  • Drafting employment contracts and supporting clients with a full suite of HR policies for a new staff handbook
  • Advising and supporting an AIG insured client through a complex TUPE and age discrimination claim
  • Successfully negotiated many commercial settlements at an early stage in proceedings to minimise legal costs
  • Obtaining a withdrawal on a no-costs basis of a complex discrimination claim for a public sector client
  • Successfully defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims at final hearing for various public and private sectors clients.
