Karen is an Associate in the corporate finance team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined the firm in July 2022.
Karen deals with a full range of corporate finance matters, with a focus on M&A and private equity. She has experience working with clients on a range of corporate matters across a number of sectors. Her experience includes group reorganisations, company buybacks, shareholder arrangements and general company law matters.
