Jon is a paralegal working within the Recovery+ Defended team, which specialises in commercial dispute resolution between businesses and litigants in person. These disputes are most commonly business energy sector claims and consumer rights claims.
Jon works in a fee-earning capacity and manages his own caseload of active cases, while assisting others in the wider team with their caseload. He is experienced in non-litigated broker commission work and is starting to expand his experience into litigated casework.
Jon is concurrently studying on the Bar Practice Court and is able to apply his studies on the Civil Procedure Rules into his working life.
