Jill has experience of working with both trustee and employer clients on schemes of varying complexity and size. She has advised clients on pension issues including scheme mergers, scheme closures and benefit restructuring, employer insolvency and Pension Protection Fund assessment periods and securing member benefits. 

In addition Jill advises on a number of day-to-day pension issues such as Pension Protection Fund levy requirements, member benefit queries and member disputes. She is also a member of the team’s Public and Voluntary Sector Unit. 

Jill is a contributor to Tolley’s Pensions Law, and writes a chapter on the Pension Protection Fund and has the benefit of having worked within the Pension Protection Fund over the course of a six month secondment.
