Jess has over five years of commercial real estate experience, specialising in pre-completion property searches, and post completion formalities including Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) and Land Registry.
Other areas of her work include Reports on Title, plot completion, legal document production including funding agreements, collateral warranties, leases and trust deeds, project and team management and dealing with loan redemption.

- Department for Education - produced Reports on Title to assist remediation work of schools across the UK
- Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities - conducted and managed title due diligence for the ACM/non-ACM cladding remediation scheme and Building Safety Fund. Conducted state aid assessments and produced legal documents to issue Government funding
- AS Watson and New Look - calculate complex SDLT (including holding over and turnover) and draft SDLT returns. Submit Land Registry applications to register new leases
