Jane is a solicitor in the commercial team having trained and worked as a paralegal at the firm since 2015. She undertakes a broad range of commercial work including drafting and negotiating contracts for the supply of goods and services, confidentiality agreements and commercial aspects of corporate transactions. Jane also has experience supporting on data protection and privacy issues, including data sharing agreements and privacy and cookie policy requirements.
During her time with the firm, Jane has spent time on a number of secondments which have provided valuable insight into what matters most to businesses.

- A national healthcare provider in relation to its data protection compliance, including its internal policies, privacy notices and other internal procedures in the use of customer, supplier, employee and other third-party data
- A global transport and logistics company in relation to distribution, logistics and other supply agreements
- An international manufacturer in relation to its compliance requirements in the development of an app and associated technology solutions
- A pharmaceutical company in relation to the production of template master supply agreement.
