As a member of the Recovery+ Defended team, Jack specialises in commercial dispute resolution, primarily working on utilities disputes at both the issued and pre-action stages. These disputes often concern energy broker commission claims, and claims by litigants in person alleging breach of consumer rights or other civil causes of action.
Jack is the matter fee earner on around 85 matters, managing this case load and assisting others with ad-hoc tasks. Jack works closely with embedded lawyers within his team to provide commercially aware legal advice to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients.
