Issie joined the firm in September 2016 as a Paralegal Apprentice. On completing the Paralegal Apprenticeship, Issie began the Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship in 2018. Issie is due to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2023.

Issie has been part of the LSC Insurance team since January 2018, prior to this she was part of the Flex team. On a day-to-day basis Issie has experience dealing with subrogated recovery claims including the recovery of uninsured losses and commercial recovery claims relating to underground property damage. 

Issie has also been involved with various other projects such as large scale e-disclosure and document review projects for a range of sectors within the firm.


  • Running and assisting other fee earners with claims relating to damage to underground fibre networks across the UK, including issuing proceedings on small claims matters
  • Involvement in multiple large scale e-disclosure projects for large clients within the commercial, insurance and employment sectors
  • Assisting with the initial stages of defending multiple professional risk claims relating to Vibration White Finger including drafting Letters of Response, Precedent H, Directions Questionnaires and Disclosure Reports
  • Running subrogated rights claims of varying value relating to vehicle damage, including issuing proceedings on small claims and multitrack matters
  • Working on a large employment Group Action against our client which involved analysing the claims and related documents of multiple claimants in order to produce risk assessments to evaluate the strength of each Claimant's claim regarding their employment status.
