Ewelina is an experienced banking and finance lawyer advising on real estate financing, investment and mezzanine financing, project finance, refinancing and acquisition finance, both in the UK and internationally.
She specialises in all aspects of secured lending and has extensive experience in negotiating large and complex syndicated multi-currency loan facilities, often drafted on a Loan Market Association format, amendment and restatement agreements and refinancing of facilities, all forms of security, security trustee arrangements, mezzanine finance and priority and intercreditor documentation.
Ewelina provides legal advice to clearing banks, corporate clients, housing associations, public authorities and a wide range of financial institutions.

Examples of experience includes:
- Advising companies from the energy sector on a ca. £270 million financing of the construction of the heat and power plant in central Europe
- Advising the healthcare real estate investment fund in connection with the refinancing of the existing loan facilities totalling ca. £264 million
- Advising the operator and the developer on the £34 million refinancing of the three airport hotels in England and Scotland
- Advising the housing association in connection with the restructuring of its historic loan portfolio in the aggregate amount of ca. £20 million.
