Elliott Deaderick is an associate in the Firm’s Patent Prosecution & Litigation Group with a background in electrical engineering. He focuses his practice on electronic and electromechanical devices, and software.

Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Elliott was a Patent Attorney with the Department of the Navy, Office of the General Counsel at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications on behalf of the United States Navy. Elliott also has prior experience as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he examined technologies including: input processing and input devices including capacitive, inductive, optical, and resistive sensing elements; graphical user interface processing; haptic feedback; video signal input/output processing; display pixel arrangments; pixel circuit driving; and display technologies including organic light emitting diode, plasma, liquid crystal, and electrophoretic display elements.
